Most doctors do a good job and truly care about their patients. But some do a poor job - or worse - yet are allowed to keep practicing. Those doctors can do great harm.
We represent patients whose doctors failed to read (or even order) a simple X-ray, or ignored a classic fracture, or whose surgeons punctured their brain, severed the nerves, punctured the uterus, and who even left surgical tools in the bodies of the patients -- and then failed to diagnose the problems they had caused or, in the worst cases, actually lied to them about it. |
