We help only real people with real problems. Big problems. We don't serve insurance companies, manufacturers, banks, railroads or the powerful.

They have enough advantages in life; our goal is to level the playing field so that regular people have a fair shot at simple justice.

WHAT KINDS OF CASES DO WE ACCEPT?

This practice is limited to representation of people in serious injury and death cases. The majority of our caseload involves medical negligence, defective products (particularly vehicle and tire defects), dangerous job-sites, nursing home neglect and highway accidents.

We don't write wills, handle estates and real estate closings, or do divorces. When a client has legal concerns in those or other areas, we are happy to offer referrals - at no fee and no commission - to other good lawyers who specialize in those areas.

WHERE CAN WE REPRESENT YOU?

Don Sullivan is licensed in New York and Wyoming. He frequently practices in the courts of other states "pro hac vice," which involves obtaining judicial permission and association of local counsel.

Almost half of our caseload involves people living in other states, either people who have a claim in Wyoming or people who wish to avail themselves of our unique and personalized service.

If proper handling of your case requires that it be filed in a state or federal court in another jurisdiction, that is something we do routinely.
